I have decided that I need a 30 Day detox.
My personality, as sparkling and vivacious as it might be, has the flip side of being obsessive and slightly compulsive. Not in a hand washing, wall socket checking kind of way. More of a consuming nature. Food, cash, caffeine, cigarettes (when I smoked)... you name it and I could run through it faster than you can spell your own name.
I have decided to commit to 30 days of a spending detox.
I will not spend any money on unnecessary items from January 15th (pay day) until February 15th. It may just be what the doctor ordered in the wake of the "justified" holiday spending season.
I let you know if I get the shakes.... until then I will be whipping up my own lattes. With freshly grated nutmeg I may add. Who needs Starbucks when you can make your own?
